Nothing is Sublimating

1. If you received the printer with Ricoh (OEM) inks installed or installed them by mistake, click here.

2. Make sure sublimation transfer paper is installed in the printer.  Refer to the list of recommended paper types too.

3. Double check that you are printing on the bright white side of the transfer paper.

4. Verify that it is a substrate suitable for sublimation.

5. Contact Sawgrass technical support for additional assistance if needed.
