Ink Use by Date Information
Sawgrass inks have a posted "Use By" date. Ink performance after this date cannot be guaranteed and will need to be replaced if issues cannot be resolved otherwise. Additionally, the ink performs optimally if used within six months of opening the original packaging.

If you are experiencing difficulties while attempting to use ink(s) past the recommended Use By date, and have exhausted all other appropriate troubleshooting steps, replace the ink cartridge(s) with fresh ink and remove the existing ink from the internal tubing. To do so, we recommend running special PRN files, which print full page solid blocks of only one color. An advantage of running PRN files is not wasting ink in all channels, just the channel(s) with old ink. Choose your operating system below for instructions.
