Set Up My Printer
Unbox Your Printer
Remove all packaging. Make sure to open the top lid and remove the styrofoam and tape around the print head.
Install Sawgrass Inks
Unpackage your ink cartridges and insert them into the ink bay door. Leave your printer on to allow it to perform it’s daily self-maintenance.
Download Print Utility
Download the Sawgrass Print Utility. On Windows, double-click the installer. On macOS, open the file and drag the application to your Applications folder.

Join MySawgrass by creating a username & password
